CE and non-CE educational event hosts provide industry partners the opportunity to share a unique story with the attendees. There are four event types to host and no limit on the number each partner may organize.

Booth space sales will remain open until the exhibit hall is full. Exhibitors are encouraged to apply by July 28 for the best planning experience.
Booths are no longer available for IDWeek 2022. Plans and deadlines for IDWeek 2023 will be available in Dec. 2022.
The IDExpo hall will be in Hall A of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The exhibit hall will be open to attendees Thursday, Oct. 20, Friday, Oct. 21 and Saturday, Oct. 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. ET.
All in-person exhibitors will be included in the virtual exhibit hall hosted by Map Your Show, the meeting app, and printed attendee info guide.
Virtual only exhibitors will only be listed in the virtual exhibit hall.

IDWeek welcomes industry partners to support the conference. There are seven different support levels starting at $5,000. Each level is multi-sourced and can be supported by more than one partner. Custom support packages can be designed at every level.
