A presentation theater is a one-hour time slot for meeting space in the convention center or nearby hotel where industry partners host an educational session. Food and beverage will be available for an additional fee but is not required.
The IDWeek program committee is excited to announce that once again we have allocated time for pipeline sessions on novel antimicrobial agents and novel diagnostics at IDWeek 2024.
Industry partners are invited to submit antimicrobials that are in preclinical stages of development (Phase II and III preferred) or recently approved after January 2024. The pipeline session will include antibacterials, antifungals, and antivirals (excluding COVID-19 and HIV). The committee also invites companies developing novel diagnostic technologies with a minimum of some preliminary proof of concept data to submit as well. The deadline to submit is Wednesday, June 26.
A satellite symposium is a two-hour time slot for meeting space in the convention center or nearby hotel where industry partners host an independently accredited educational session. Food and beverage will be available for an additional fee but is not required.
Any event involving IDWeek participants requiring space at a hotel, the convention center, a nearby restaurant, or venue is an affiliated event. Submit your application on April 2nd.
