The IDWeek 2024 app is your guide to manage your conference attendance. The app allows you to browse sessions, speakers, abstracts, exhibitor details and other resources. Stay informed about program or speaker changes, latest updates, your personal schedule and more.

Child Care

Child care is available for registered IDWeek attendees from Oct. 15 – 19. Services will be provided by Tots on the Spot, and parents and guardians will directly coordinate Tots on the Spot. 

Tots on the Spot will provide the following services

  • Fun and appropriate arts and crafts for children ages 6 weeks – 12 years
  • Toys for all ages. Story times told with flair!
  • Games of all kinds and age levels (Candyland, Chutes and Ladders, Uno, Old Maid, Bingo, Jumpin Monkeys and many more).
  • Age-appropriate movies, no more than one per day per room.


The deadline to sign up for child care is Oct. 2.

Nursing Lounge

A nursing lounge will be available in the LACC in room 405.

Coat and baggage check

Coat and baggage check will be available at the Business Service Center in the Concourse hallway between South Hall & West Hall.

Complimentary Shuttle Bus

IDWeek will provide shuttle service to/from the official meeting hotels and the LACC (Los Angeles Convention Center) between Oct. 15–19. 

LAXit

LAX-it (pronounced LA Exit) is the new way to get to your Taxi, or ride app services (Uber, Lyft, or Opoli). Walk or catch the free shuttle outside baggage claim on level one to LAX-it. Learn More.

Safe Walk Programs

The DTLA Business Improvement Districts (BIDS) offer a free safety escort to/from your hotel to the Convention Center. For more information, visit the links below.
