The learning lounge is a 45-minute time slot in the exhibit hall. Industry partners may host an educational session or demonstration in this space.
Four learning lounges will be built in the exhibit hall where four concurrent learning lounges will be held daily Oct. 22-23. Applications are open!

Submit Novel Antimicrobial Agents or Diagnostic Technologies through the Pipeline Submission process! Industry partners are invited to submit antimicrobials that are in preapproval phases of development (Phase II and III preferred) or that were approved after January 2026 for a pipeline session at IDWeek. Antimicrobial Pipeline sessions will include antibacterials, antifungals and antivirals (excluding COVID-19 and HIV). Industry Partners developing novel diagnostic technologies with a minimum of some preliminary proof of concept data are also encouraged to submit for a session on diagnostics in the pipeline. In-Person Attendance/Presentations are required. The deadline is June 24.
IEEs are satellite symposia, presentation theaters or other industry-supported educational events that take place outside the IDWeek Expo Hall. IEEs will be offered in one-hour time slots with the opportunity to secure an extra half-hour or hour. CME activities and non-CME industry activities can be presented simultaneously. IDWeek will be offering standard and enhanced time slot options. Applications are open!
