Q. Do speakers have to register?

A. All faculty, presenters and moderators, must register to attend IDWeek. Invited speakers received an email invitation to register using a VIP link. Speakers planning to attend IDWeek for the sole purpose of giving a talk and who do not plan to claim CME/CPE credit may register for a complimentary one day pass through the VIP link. Please note, that with the complimentary pass you cannot claim CME or CPE credit. If you need the VIP speaker link, please email info@idweek.org.

Q. How do speakers register?

A. Speakers may register by phone or online via one of the VIP Speaker Link provided in the official speaker invitation, as well as the Speakers Center.  If you have issues accessing the link, please contact, info@idweek.org.

Q. Do speakers need to provide a credit card for their reservation?

A. All speakers must provide a credit card with an October 2019 expiration date or later for their hotel reservation. There are different rules for the reimbursement done post-convention. If you have questions about reimbursement you may contact info@idweek.org.

Q. What are the speaker reimbursement guidelines?

Please check the IDWeek 2019 Reimbursement Amounts to see what the rules are for your speaker category. Presenters of oral or poster abstracts do not qualify for speaker reimbursement. More materials will be emailed to speakers after the meeting. The deadline for reimbursement submission will be in mid-December 2019.
