New IDSA, SHEA, HIVMA and PIDS members can register 24 business hours after their membership is activated.  It pays to be a member because you can get reduced rates for IDWeek! Contact your society to activate your membership.

SIDP members are not currently eligible for IDWeek member rates.

IDWeek 2023 will offer 140 scientific sessions and CME/CPE/CNE/MOC credit. Virtual attendance is also possible. In-person attendees receive access to the virtual event too. Every session will be livestreamed and available on-demand through March 31, 2024. Vaccinations will be required for in-person attendees. Premeeting workshops begin on Oct. 10. Sessions run daily Oct. 11-15 with the closing plenary ending at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 15.

Most workshops are available in-person in Boston, MA, virtually via a livestream, and will be available on-demand to workshop registrants through March 31, 2024. If you are interested in two or more workshops at the same time, register for at least one virtually to watch it later on-demand.

Registration for Premeeting Workshops opens on May 2.

Registrants from a developing country will automatically receive lower rates.  IDWeek gives the developing country rates to attendees from countries listed as low and lower-middle-income by the World Bank. (Workshop rates are not discounted.)

Fraudulent websites have been reported, so it is critical that you use only the official IDWeek websites mentioned above to register for the meeting and for booking a hotel reservation through IDWeek. We do not ask for member identification numbers during registration, and no one will email you to ask for your membership password. Please do not provide this information if requested, and be aware that you are using an illegitimate website.
