Prospectus Delay

The IDWeek 2022 prospectus will be delayed by a few days.
Thank you for your patience.

IDWeek’s IDExpo is the premier show for infectious diseases.

IDWeek 2022 invites organizations in the field of infectious diseases or with products, services, publications and other features and benefits focused on the infectious diseases professional and field to participate.

IDWeek 2022 is scheduled Oct. 19-23, 2022 as a live event with hybrid features. The venue is the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and surrounding hotels located in Washington, DC. Virtual satellite symposia are available beginning on Oct. 7 and live symposia timeslots start Oct. 19.

The industry partner prospectus including exhibitor packages, support programs, CE and non-CE educational events, and promotional options for reaching the attendees can be accessed below.

Reservations will be accepted beginning on Thursday, Feb. 3 at 1 p.m. ET. Links to the online applications will be available here.

Secure your participation early for the best availability. In 2021, many items sold out in the first 3 hours.

Organizations are encouraged to secure educational events first, then promotional items, booth space should be the third item and support the last. Securing items in this order, if a company elects to participate in a variety of ways, will give the best options based on availability and inventory limits.
