IDWeek’s IDExpo is the premier show for infectious diseases.

IDWeek 2021 invites organizations in the field of infectious diseases or with products, services, publications and other features and benefits focused on the infectious diseases professional and field to participate.

IDWeek 2021 will be a virtual event, from Sept. 29 to Oct. 3, 2021. Satellite symposia and presentation theaters will begin on Sept. 13. 

Attendees will have access to the virtual environment including virtual booths beginning Sept. 1, 2021 through Dec. 31, 2021. Attendees will have the option to extend their access through March 31, 2022. 

A high-level exhibitor prospectus including exhibitor packages, support programs, affiliated event opportunities (satellite symposia, learning lounges, presentation theaters) and promotional options for reaching the attendees can be accessed below.

IDWeek offers rolling deadlines. Booths, affiliated events, support packages and promotional items are offered on a first come-first served basis.

Affiliated Events

Event hosts will have the option to host a live event or prerecord with our partner. Event hosts may also record the session and provide MP4 files and slides. Alternatively, event hosts can distribute the events below on their own website or platform and share a link for attendees in the JUNO platform to connect to the event.

Apply for 2-hours of accredited programming. Satellite symposia programming must be accredited by a third-party organization.  IDWeek and its partnering organizations will not provide accreditation. Learn More and Apply.

Applications accepted on a rolling basis: 4 weeks – Event organizers are notified of their acceptance/denial (rolling basis)

Session Publication Text Due (Title + Text about host - default is Satellite Symposia supported by: Company Name (not the education provider))
IDWeek emails registrants. Email links to Interactive Program with the session publication details provided by July 20. (Reminder emails in Sept. 7, 14, 21 and 28)
Session final in the JUNO platform, i.e. slides and recording uploaded, speaker photos, session description, learning objectives, and/or link provided to external site hosting the program.

There are seven different support levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Canary Diamond and Blue Diamond.  Each level is multi-sourced and can be supported by more than one supporter. Supporters can choose to support IDWeek and the COVID-19 program individually or split their total support dollars between both programs.
