Visa and Letter of Invitation

IDWeek is registered as an international meeting with the International Visitors Office. It is recommended that international travelers apply for a visa at least four months before the meeting. Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews, therefore applicants should first contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview.
Further information on business visas can be found at the Department of State Travel website and at the International Visitors Office (IVO) website.
